You may return most new unused apparel items within 10 days of receiving them for exchange, if you were shipped the wrong size. Please measure your childs foot before ordering. We do not accept returns of fabric.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
At The Bibs and Boots Apparel and Fabric Company we strive to provide excellent customer service, all orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on our site that we are away and shipping will be delayed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days for most addresses (remote locations may experience longer wait times). Smaller eligible packages will be shipped by Canada post lettermail. LETTERMAIL HAS NO TRACKING, and has been known to take a bit longer, we are not responsible for lost packages of any kind.
If you would like insurance please contact us for a quote and invoice. Otherwise you assume the risk of a lost package. PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE ON YOUR ORDER IN THE CART BEFORE CHECKING OUT IF YOU WOULD LIKE INSURANCE AND WE WILL INVOICE YOU FOR YOUR INSURANCE REQUEST BEFORE SHIPPING.
SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A. (excludes U.S. territories and Possessions):
All orders will be shipped using whichever way is the most economical at the time. Orders to the United States may take anywhere between 10 and 15 days to arrive, excluding any time your package may be delayed in Customs. All fabric orders to the US will ship for the flat rate of $25.00 If you would like faster delivery, please contact us for details and pricing.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of Canada & U.S.A.):
We currently do not offer international shipping, outside of Canada or the U.S.
Please note that The Bibs and Boots Apparel and Fabric Company does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We will gladly provide any information that we have in regards to your parcel, as well as assist in locating it. However, we will not reimburse you for any lost or stolen parcels. We have to file a claim with the shipping company and you will be required to wait their standard processing times for resolution. We do not guarantee shipping times and there will be no refunds for late/delayed packages.
For all our local customers, we do offer free in-store pickup. Simply add 'In-Store Pickup' to your cart and checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
